Jean Armour's Playlist
Should Auld Acquaintance abounds with the songs of Robert Burns and traditional folk songs. Jean Armour was a talented singer who took lessons at the Mauchline music school. She knew the country ballads by heart and greatly assisted her husband in the central work of his life, collecting and amending the old Scots tunes.
